AR.Inc is a management company, who organise and oversee the day to day lettings of facilities. We utilise resources to increase and optimise usage of the facility. The company was founded by Shima Ami and Aubrey Rogers.

The two founders are driven and passionate individuals who aim to give establishments the opportunity to offer some of their fantastic facilities to the public, as well as offer bespoke services to venues. Company founders come from experienced backgrounds in the fields of; Sports, Economics, Business, Leisure, Schools, Customer service and Facility management.

Combining all of these qualities and experiences together, we have created a blueprint to provide a one of a kind service to company partners instilling a lasting impression on each and every customer that walks through the doors of each facility. Key principle of our organisation is that we give our clients access to reliable staff and offer cost-effective facilities management while providing excellent customer service.

What we do?

We take responsibility for all bookings and lettings so your staff can focus on their day to day duties, our management team are willing to do all the work so you don’t have to. The aim is to make the setup process as efficient and stress-free as possible. In order to do so, we will take full control of every aspect of the setup period and get the project off the ground.

Our goal is to give establishments the opportunity to increase their income and give the local community access to the great facilities on their doorstep, enhancing community cohesion between the establishment and the local residents and organisations. This is one of the many positives that are derived from our services.

The partnership will allow venues to offer their facilities during times previously unavailable such as evenings, weekends and school holidays (all optional) on either temporary and permanent contracts (Minimum contract 48 weeks p.a). This is not just an opportunity to increase income, but an opportunity to get involved with a Liverpool-based, professional, experienced, passionate and innovative company such as AR Inc.

What sets us apart?

We go above and beyond just offering a service to the venue; members of management are available to attend consortium meetings and any other facility appropriate meetings required; the facility will be given the option to optimise day to day staff efficiency as our staff will be trained to conduct specialist maintenance (such as 3G in house drag brush) and other relevant requirements for a flat rate fee.

We are the only management company who work in partnership with an enterprise whose operating system has designated software to manage all aspects of online facility bookings, our partnership with ‘School-Hire’ and ‘Kingfisher’ means clients will receive three specialist companies with the one agreement.
